Together, we’ll be shaping the growth of Impulse — driving user acquisition for our web funnels, the fastest-growing and most high-impact stream in Impulse. Today, our web team is also a key contributor to Headway Inc.'s global achievements. - Test your hypotheses and back them with data. This role is 80% about numbers, analytics, and constant experimentation with tools, platforms, and creatives.
- Join a team of purpose-driven professionals who love what they do — and who they do it with. You’ll collaborate closely with other specialists, co-creating ideas, running tests, and sharing insights across teams.
- Dive into the fast-paced world of performance marketing and engage users across the globe, as we continue expanding into 180+ countries.
What you will do:
- Set up and manage performance marketing campaigns via Meta Ads, tracking their effectiveness.
- Monitor and optimize key funnel metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) using analytical reports to improve campaign efficiency.
- Work with core business indicators LTV, ROAS, and others to assess overall performance.
- Discover new growth opportunities through market analysis, testing marketing hypotheses, and launching campaigns in new localizations.
- Take ownership of marketing operations — from automation tools to coordination with advertising partners and platforms.
What do you need to join us:
- 1+ year of commercial experience working with Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and being able to work with large datasets and make informed decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
- English level of Intermediate+.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to share and discuss ideas.
- Desire and readiness to learn fast and constantly.

Working schedule
