The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Serhii, Product Marketing Manager at Impulse, we’re looking for a Strategy&Operations Analyst to join our team of superstars.

What you will do:
- Run A/B tests end-to-end: generating ideas, building dashboards, monitoring, closing tests, preparing insights, and developing hypotheses for future iterations.
- Identify growth opportunities and key dependencies within the product.
- Support metric monitoring, handle ad hoc data requests, and explain anomalies.
- Improve and develop existing analytics tools and processes.
- Ensure new and existing features are properly tracked with analytics events.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, plus ad hoc research to support strategic decisions.
- Handle operational tasks related to product development and growth.
What do you need to join us:
- 6+ months of experience as an analyst, auditor, or consultant (BIG4, consulting, FMCG), or in other data-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to identify cause-effect relationships.
- Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- A proven track record of success in current or past roles.
- A genuine eagerness to learn fast and grow professionally.

Working schedule
